The Renegade TMB 8100 Stretch Horizontal Rotating Parts Washer (HRPW) is designed for automotive builders, precision machine manufacturers, and many other unique industrial cleaning applications. Similar in operation to a rotisserie, the engine component rotates from its balanced centerline, while the high-pressure spray manifold thoroughly flushes fine particulates from blind holes and other hard to clean cavities with aqueous detergent.
Custom fixtures are designed for your parts and components for secure placement in the top load parts washer. Automation features include PLC Programmable Wash Cycle Timer and Heater Timer. Rugged gear-driven operation and quality construction means low maintenance and high performance batch after batch. Renegade Parts Washers are designed to work with Renegade detergents for maximum cleaning without residue buildup.
