Industrial Equipment Sales Representative

Renegade Parts Washers designs, manufactures, and supports high-performance aqueous parts washing systems and detergents from our headquarters in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. Since 1996, our equipment has helped manufacturers, automotive shops, heavy-equipment repair teams, and industrial facilities clean parts with more consistency and confidence.
We are looking for an Industrial Equipment Sales Representative who understands B2B sales, capital equipment, and technical problem solving. This role is built for someone who can find opportunities, ask good questions, understand the customer’s cleaning challenge, and match them with the right Renegade solution.
This is not order-taking. It is technical sales for customers who need the right cleaning process.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new business with manufacturers, maintenance facilities, repair shops, and industrial customers nationwide.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer cleaning challenges and recommend parts washers, detergents, accessories, or custom solutions.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and ROI support.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle from lead to implementation.
- Build long-term customer relationships through service, follow-up, and support.
- Work with engineering and production teams on custom-built systems.
- Achieve sales goals while contributing to the continued growth of the company.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience.
- Experience selling industrial equipment, capital machinery, technical products, or similar solutions.
- Experience in parts cleaning, machine tools, manufacturing, or related industrial equipment is strongly preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain equipment clearly.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated sales approach with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
