We design, manufacture, and distribute high-performance aqueous (solvent-free) parts washing systems and detergents from our headquarters in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. Our product line includes automatic top-load (TMB), front-load (FL), manual, and fully customizable Industrial Series washers with pass-through and conveyor options. These solutions help manufacturers, automotive and heavy-equipment repair shops, and industrial facilities clean parts faster, more reliably, and with greater efficiency while meeting strict cleanliness specifications.

We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Equipment Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is a career-building opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional who excels at selling capital equipment and technical solutions to industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities with manufacturers, maintenance facilities, repair shops, and other industrial clients nationwide.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and site visits to understand customer cleaning challenges and recommend tailored Renegade solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotes, and ROI analyses for parts washers, detergents, and accessory programs.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to implementation.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with our engineering and production teams to deliver custom-built systems that exceed expectations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the continued growth of a well-established, privately held company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience selling industrial equipment, capital machinery, or similar technical products (experience in parts cleaning, machine tools, or related industrial equipment is strongly preferred).
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to clearly explain complex equipment features, benefits, and custom options.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated “hunter” mindset with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers (territory and travel expectations will be discussed during the interview).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
