Renegade Parts Washers is looking for a Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team.

This role involves setting up and operating a press brake to bend and form metal parts according to drawings and production needs. We are looking for someone who can work accurately, stay organized, and help keep fabrication work moving through the shop.

Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with mechanical ability, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and operate a press brake.

Renegade Parts Washers is looking for a Machine Builder to help assemble equipment used by manufacturers, repair shops, and industrial facilities across the country.

This is hands-on work. You will help build real machines that have to perform in real shop environments. If you have mechanical assembly experience, machine building experience, or a strong hands-on background, this may be a good fit.

Inventory Control Specialist

Full-Time / In-Person / Reedsburg, WI
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Renegade Parts Washers is looking for an organized, hands-on person to help manage and improve our inventory system.

This role is responsible for keeping inventory accurate, organized, and easy to find. The right person will not just fix a number when something is off. They will help find out why it happened and how to prevent it from happening again.

The main focus is inventory control, but this role will also support related shop and production tasks when needed, including picking parts for work orders, helping with work order processing, and assisting with final machine check-off.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep inventory quantities accurate in the system.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and correct the root cause.
  • Adjust inventory for scrap, damaged parts, or other variances when needed.
  • Organize shelving, bin locations, and storage areas.
  • Create bin numbers and improve part locations.
  • Make room for new items and keep inventory areas clean and easy to use.
  • Help determine proper stock levels based on usage and supplier lead times.
  • Pick parts for work orders and support work order flow.

We are looking for an Industrial Equipment Sales Representative who understands B2B sales, capital equipment, and technical problem solving. This role is built for someone who can find opportunities, ask good questions, understand the customer’s cleaning challenge, and match them with the right Renegade solution.

This is not order-taking. It is technical sales for customers who need the right cleaning process.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and develop new business with manufacturers, maintenance facilities, repair shops, and industrial customers nationwide.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and site visits.

Hanen Automatic Cattle & Livestock Feeders is looking for an experienced Sales and Operations Manager to manage “everything Hanen.”

This role has two clear parts: growing sales and keeping orders moving. You will work with farmers, ranchers, and livestock industry customers while also helping make sure Hanen orders are assembled, checked, shipped, and supported after the sale.

The right person can sell, coordinate, solve problems, communicate clearly, and take ownership of the customer experience from first conversation to final delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, develop, and manage sales opportunities with farmers, ranchers, and other livestock industry contacts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up, product knowledge, practical recommendations, and dependable service.
  • Prepare quotes and sales orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, open opportunities, closed sales, and follow-up tasks.
  • Achieve sales goals while identifying opportunities to improve the Hanen sales process and customer experience.
  • Take sales orders and manage them in the company system, including item details, pricing, options, customer requirements, payment needs, shipping information, and target delivery dates.
  • Keep orders moving through production and escalate issues when parts, labor, information, or timing may affect the customer commitment.
  • Assemble, prepare, and conduct quality checks of products before shipping.
  • Coordinate shipping timing and details with the shipping company.
  • Communicate delivery timing, tracking details, unloading requirements, and setup considerations to customers.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to confirm customer satisfaction, answer operating questions, and identify additional parts, service, or equipment opportunities.
  • Answer service calls and provide customer troubleshooting support.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of agricultural sales experience in equipment, feed, livestock, or customer account management.
  • Strong understanding of agriculture, livestock operations, farm equipment, dairy or beef operations, or related markets.
  • Proven ability to close sales and manage customer accounts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders, production timelines, customer requests, and follow-up tasks at the same time.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Comfortable using computer programs.
  • Experience selling or supporting livestock feeding equipment, dairy or beef equipment, automation systems, farm equipment, or other agricultural capital equipment is preferred.
  • 3+ years of fulfillment or operations management experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and communicate clearly with production teams.
  • Experience coordinating orders, production schedules, customer deliveries, parts, service, warranty, or equipment readiness.
  • Mechanical aptitude or experience working around farm equipment, machinery, fabrication, or equipment service.
  • Experience working with NetSuite or another ERP, CRM, or order management system is helpful.
  • Familiarity with freight, shipping coordination, inventory, purchasing, or production and assembly workflows is helpful.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media content, or customer testimonial development is a plus.
