I-Series AP TL Robotic Station WD

The Renegade I-Series Automated Production Top Load Robotic Wash Dry Station (Spray Off Cabinet Washer) is an in-cell robotically held part for automated production. This quick wash is designed to handle high production rates for cleaning off heavy chip, heavy coolant containments.

A robotic arm is required, and parts are lowered into the cabinet for cleaning while still gripped by the robot. Wash and dry cycles are determined via communication with the robotic arm and the facility’s communication system. Multiple spray manifold configurations for strategically washing with variable nozzles pressures from 1-40 psi. The blow off stage compartment contains a powerful air knife to remove trapped or pocketed water.
