BEING THE OWNER OF A SMALL BUSINESS, I OFTEN FIND MYSELF BATTLING THE DECISIONS BETWEEN COST/ QUALITY/ AVAILABILITY/ AND THE LOCATION THE PRODUCT IS MANUFACTURED... WITH THAT BEING SAID, I STUMBLED ACROSS RENEGADE PARTS WASHERS THROUGH A SEARCH ENGINE AFTER SPENDING COUNTLESS HOURS RESEARCHING, EMAILING AND RECEIVING QUOTES FROM NUMEROUS OTHER PARTS WASHER MANUFACUTURES. WITHIN HOURS OF INQUIRING ABOUT A SPECIFIC PARTS WASHER, I RECEIVED AN EASY-TO-UNDERSTAND QUOTE FROM SEAN AND PROMPLY RECEIVED ALL THE ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS I STILL HAD. AFTER A FEW PHONE CALLS, I DECIDED TO ORDER A TOP LOAD PARTS WASHER.
ALL THE MACHINES ARE BUILT TO ORDER AND, I WAS GIVEN A 6-8 WEEK BUILD TIME. I WAS CONTACTED ON WEEK 4 OR 5 THAT MY MACHINE WAS ABOUT READY TO GO. I RECIEVED MY MACHINE RIGHT AROUND THE 6 WEEK MARK OVER A 1000 MILES AWAY FROM WISCONSIN.
AFTER RECIEVING THE PARTS WASHER SEAN CONTINUED TO HELP ME GET EVERYTHING SET UP. NOW, AFTER A FEW MONTHS OF USING THE PARTS WASHER, I CAN SAY THAT I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE PERFORMANCE. I HAVE USED ALKOTA AND CUDA PARTS WASHERS IN THE PAST AND THIS MACHINE COMPLETLY OUT-PERFORMS THOSE TWO OTHER MANUFACTURES IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE: EASE, WASH TIME, SETUP, MAINTENANCE, ETC.

I have had Renegade parts washers for about 16 years. The first one was OK, but kind of a money pit. The newer one (2012 model) is much better built. It does need maintenance to keep it going, but it does a good job cleaning parts. It's always pretty hassle free getting parts and soap from Renegade.
